Sammamish Mosque Voting Membership
Sammamish Muslim Association is run mostly by volunteers. Virtually all of our educational programs, picnics, community events, youth groups, etc. are put together by folks from within our community working to give back to the place they call home. Therefore, there is a tremendous opportunity to get involved and contribute. Specifically, we currently need:
SMA membership criteria and process:
- Members need to be Residents of Sammamish and Issaquah
- Members need to be 18+ years of age and above on or before membership cutoff date
- The membership is valid for the duration of the fiscal year (January 1st to December 31st).
- Members need to donate a minimum amount of $25 to become eligible voting members (Donation Link)
– August 1st is the cutoff date for minimum donation for each fiscal year voting membership– Donations need to be done between period 1st August of previous year and 31st of July of the current year
– All Family Members need to donate to be valid Members.
- No additional registration is required for the members
Note:
– This year cutoff date will be extended to August 10th to give at least 1 month to the community to donate and become members.
– We might reach out to some of our donors/members via email to verify their addresses and add them to the system.
