SUMMARY:Ramadan Food Box assembly and drop off
DESCRIPTION:This is an initiative to support needy families in our community this Ramadan by donating food boxes with essential items. The plan is to work with a local nonprofit called Essentials First to create these food boxes. \n\n\n\nYou can read more about the great work that Essentials First does on their website here: https://www.essentialsfirst.org/ \n\n\n\nEach Ramadan food box includes ~$70 worth of items for one family for the month with the goal is to support at least 200 families. \n\n\n\nThe ask to our SMA community will be as follows:– Donate funds to purchase food box items– Purchase food box items yourself– Volunteer your time (purchasing items\, packing boxes & delivery)
